BSNL announces a free ‘Work@Home’ plan with 5GB high speed data

BSNL announced a new ‘Work@Home’ plan for its landline users.The plan offers unlimited downloads and uploads for one month from the date of activation.Amidst the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, state-run Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) announced a new “Work@Home” promotional plan to encourage users to work from home and avoid travelling.The new plan will not only help users who are stuck at home due to Coronavirus but may also help BSNL in getting new users and converting some landline users to broadband users. Also this new plan could be a direct challenge to market leader Reliance Jio’s latest request to set a base tariff and cut down free offers and data.
